i've added some extra computer colouring effects to the head to give it the appearance of scales.

for those who didn't get the chance to see Gerry Anderson's classic puppet show "stingray" this design will mean very little. (Stingray predated Gerry Anderson's more successful shows Captain Scarlet and Thunderbirds).

sunday lunch times when I was a kid were spent watching re-runs of this show.

It's a personal favourite of my other half, which is what inspired this particular picture.
